The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, implementing financial controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in various accounting software.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including account analysis, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
Lead the accounting team in utilizing accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks for efficient operations.
Skills
Strong proficiency in account analysis and account reconciliation.
Experience with accounting software including Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Knowledge of payroll management practices.
Exceptional budgeting skills with the ability to develop comprehensive financial plans.
