Sunworks Farm is a small business in Calgary. We have two stores located in the north and south Calgary Farmers Market.

This role will include paid training in Edmonton

It is required before an interview that you are familiar with the Sunworks brand and values.
Duties:

- Be knowledgable in Sunworks brand values

- Sample Sunworks Products

- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

-Shifts are anytime +-7, Wednesday to Sunday (subject to change)

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process.
- Experience in reatail is prefered
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change.
