Head of Production

Responsibilities

To monitor & implement SOP's for safety so as to build safe working environment by adherence to safety norms. To achieve & maintain the health of assets by continuous implementation & review of maintenance plan. Review of annual budget for production quantity, yields, utility consumption, production spares & consumables, overheads and Capital Expenditure. Review and monitoring of budgets vs actual Review B/H, furnace, Metal Bath, & Lehr operating parameters To facilitate and ensure maximum capacity utilization in order to achieve budgeted production volume To facilitate upgrade production equipment's, processes and systems as per business requirement. Review of PPD Plan vs actual Review manpower development plan Total employees involvement To build up and maintain high morale and motivation in department members

Qualifications

: B. Tech (Mechanical) / B. Tech Ceramics/ B. Tech Chemical

Experience :

12-15 Yrs
