Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and adhere to food safety regulations.
Handle food items safely and responsibly, following proper food handling procedures.
Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Follow all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen environment.
Experience

Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques related to pizza preparation is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn new skills within the kitchen.
