Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in navigating the product selection process.
Educate customers about various ******** strains, products, and their effects to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
Maintain an organized and clean display of products, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that may benefit customers.
Handle inventory management tasks, including stocking shelves and filing product information as needed.
Assist with heavy lifting of product shipments and restocking as required.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable service.
Requirements:

Cannsell certification is required upon hire

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
