We’re committed to service and quality, delivering fast, efficient, and professional full-service supply chain management — from warehousing and order fulfillment to packaging, assembly, and transportation.
We’re on the lookout for an HR & Payroll Assistant who’s organized, detail-driven, and ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll help keep our HR processes running smoothly and make sure payroll is accurate and on time!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and facilitate new hire and onboarding activities
Employee Support: Be the first point of contact for employee questions and day-to-day HR support
Payroll Assistance: Review timesheets, prepare and update payroll data, handle pay-related inquiries, and process employee reimbursements.
Training & Compliance: Schedule sessions, track completions, and maintain training records.
HRIS & Records: Update employee data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
Policy & Documentation: Keep HR policies current, assist in rollouts, and maintain HR templates and forms.
The successful candidate should have:
At least 2+ years of HR experience, especially in recruitment and payroll administration
Required to have a strong working knowledge of Employment Standards, Health & Safety, and Payroll regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Very organized with capabilities to juggle multiple priorities with ease and the ability to meet deadlines without losing strong attention to detail
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new systems
Possess the ability to work professionally, respectfully with a positive attitude;
Understands the importance of confidentiality with regards to all human resources information;
Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant, professional phone manner;
Problem-solver who can research, analyze, and resolve minor issues effectively;
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
A satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
