Part-time Dietary Aide, Retirement Home

Beechwood Manor Retirement Home and its staff believe that residents should have the opportunity to live with joy, purpose and well-being. If you share that philosophy, please read on. Ashwood Manor currently has an immediate opening for a Dietary Aide / Kitchen Helper.

Dietary Aide duties involve:

- Assist with serving in dining room

- Assist with clearing all tables after meals and wash the dishes

- Sweep and wash floors in the kitchen, walk in fridge and cold storage room

- Assist serving of dinner in the main dining room

- Wash all dinner dishes, wash and sort dishes/cutlery from dinner

- Sweep and wash kitchen floor and empty garbage

- Lock fridge and supply rooms

- Any other tasks as reasonably assigned

Dietary Aide job responsibilities:

The successfully candidate will work with the cook department to serve residents for all meals
Some of the job requirements are as follows, however, not limited to
Setting of tables/preparing juices/waters/serving meals/full clean up of dining room area/assisting with
dishes/area clean up and sanitization

You must have a great attitude and kindness as you will be interacting with Seniors.
