Iskraemeco by Kaynes Technology is looking for only local Field Support Engineers for 5 locations at Kerala.

Total Years of Experience - 1-2 relevant experience.

Job Location : Kochi, Trivandrum, Kannaur, Kottayam and Angamaly

Educational Qualification - Diploma (Electrical)

Job Description:

Collaborate with relevant utility staff to support them in Meter installation activities. Coordinate with Division Engineers (DE) and Junior Engineers (JE) for meter replacement or meter install areas a day in advance. Training of lineman and meter installer about WFM (Workforce Management) mobile application. Monitor meter installations in the field, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Record all parameters of old and new meters on document format available. Support Collecting manual readings of Non & Never communicating cases and troubleshoot issues with the backend team. Address and resolve consumer refusals. Promote and uphold ethical values among team members at the ground level.
