An exciting opportunity to join a fun, dynamic, and collaborative legal team. Are you a passionate legal professional ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our talented and supportive Legal team. Based in Burnley, VIC and reporting to the GM Legal Commercial, this role offers the chance to work on high-value projects, enhance legal operations, and help drive business success across Australia and New Zealand.


What you’ll be doing

Providing strategic legal advice on commercial operations, compliance, contracts, disputes
Partnering with cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal and business challenges
Improving legal processes to drive efficiency and value
Managing and collaborating with external counsel on corporate and transactional matters

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;

Extensive experience in top-tier law firms and/or in-house legal roles
A current practising certificate as an Australian solicitor or barrister
Strong expertise in corporate and contract law
Experience in manufacturing, health and safety, sales, or company secretarial work is advantageous
Exceptional commercial acumen, communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude
