Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate – Computer Science or related field
• Postgraduate – Computer Science or related field
• Specialization/ Computers/ MCA – Computers/ M.Sc – Any Specialization.

Role Overview:

As a Quality Analyst in our e-learning company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and track defects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

Required Role Attributes:
• Diligence in identifying and documenting software defects and issues.
• Effective communication skills to report findings and work collaboratively with development teams.
• Detail-oriented approach to creating, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases.
• Ability to work within project deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in manual software testing methodologies and techniques.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and processes.
• Ability to maintain documents such as bug tracking and testing process documents.
• Basic understanding of quality assurance principles.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and diagnose software issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and techniques.
• Understanding of e-learning platforms and educational technologies.
• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
