Job Description
We are seeking for a kabaddi coach for our sports club
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coaching, training and instructing players by analysing performances and developing abilities.
2. Promoting sports and skills development and overseeing the participation of young kabaddi players.
3. Preparing detailed schedules for training sessions, matches, and tournaments in coordination with other team staff and event organisers.
4. Acting as a point of contact between teams, referees, and tournament management to confirm compliance with match protocols.
5. Collaborating with other match officials and referees to interpret rules, resolve on-field disputes, and ensure consistent rule enforcement.
6. Ensuring that all players, coaching staff, and support personnel are aware of and adhere to the relevant codes of conduct and safety protocols.
7. Monitoring the conduct of participants during games to ensure sportsmanship and fair play, and initiating disciplinary procedures if rules are breached.
8. Providing guidance and clarification on rules to players, particularly when rule changes are introduced.
