Teller

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to customers. This is a full-time position located at our branch in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet sales targets
• Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products and services to effectively assist customers
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills
