Roles & Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories and assign story points using Agile methodologies.
Leverage data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to create compelling reports and dashboards.
Manage requirements in JIRA and ensure clear traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Actively participate in product ideation and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product functionality meets business objectives.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of cloud communication and telephony systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
