Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager at Rotech. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, developing innovative concepts, and ensuring the timely delivery of design projects. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing design strategies, and maintaining design standards within the company.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in CAD software, graphic design tools, and other design software
• Experience in managing design projects and leading a team of designers
• Strong understanding of industrial design principles and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle and design trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Degree in Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field
