Server / Barista

Full job description
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make drinks according to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
