Static Security Guard - MAPLE RIDGE / Full-Time

Job Duties:

Responding to client requests and onsite emergencies
Face-to-face customer service to clients, public, and those working inside the building
Ensuring the security of all personnel, visitors, and the public
Inspectingpatrolling premises
Monitoring property access
Investigating and reporting suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches
Enforcing client-informed policies
Communicating with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
Responding to alarms
Other duties to be completed as assigned
Schedule:

Able to work up to 40 hours per week:
Monday - Friday, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Candidate Requirements:

A Valid BC Security License
Relevant experience in the security industry
Ability to stand for long periods of timecomplete routine patrols
Excellent customer service skillsprofessional deportment
Strong commitment to safetysecurity
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Additional certifications are assets: AST, First Aid Certification, etc.
Preference given to Maple Ridge residents
Experience in mall/shopping center security is an asset
