Job Description:Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud EngineerEducational Background: BE/ B Tech/ MCA / Any Degree At least 2 - 3 years of Software Product Development Experience Skills Required: Marketing cloud, Journey builder, Email studio, Mobile studio, Automation studio, Social studio, Advertising studio, Contact builder design & Exact Target Platform Experience in SFMC (exact target with salesforce marketing cloud)Experience in creating and executing email marketing campaign while deploying best practices related to spam check, campaign performance, analyse visitor trends and use results to build effective strategies to enhance conversions.Execute end-to-end email campaign plans to optimise key traffic and revenue metrics including open rates, CTR, engagement, and conversion.Experience in List segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required using groups query activity.Experience in Data extension segmentation using data filter and query activity.Experience in HTML, CSS, SQL server.Experience in Implementing Social Studio for different social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter, Instagram.Experience in understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.Experience in automation, Journey builder, A/B testing. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
