As we scale, we're seeking a creative powerhouse who blends graphic design finesse with motion design expertise to join our Hyderabad-based team (hybrid work setup).

Your Role

As our Motion Graphics & Visual Storytelling Designer, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives from concept to final edit. This is a hybrid role requiring strong design fundamentals, animation expertise, and end-to-end video production skills.

You will:
• Design and animate stunning 2D explainer videos, SaaS product demos, and short-form branded content.
• Own the full creative process — from interpreting briefs, creating storyboards, crafting visual styles, animating, and polishing final videos.
• Customize and elevate existing templates (from platforms like Envato Elements or Motion Array) with original design and animation.
• Collaborate with internal and white-label teams to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
• Integrate storytelling techniques to simplify complex ideas for global SaaS audiences.
• Use AI tools and hybrid workflows to enhance creative efficiency and output.

Skills & Experience Required
• 3–5 years of experience creating motion graphics, explainer videos, and visual content for SaaS, tech, or B2B clients.
• Strong graphic design foundation with a keen eye for composition, typography, and branding.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Proven ability to storyboard and craft visual narratives from scratch.
• Experience adapting and customizing motion templates (Envato, Motion Array, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, script interpretation, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of SFX, sound design, and pacing to enhance video impact.
• Comfortable working in hybrid teams and managing multiple projects independently.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
• Experience with AI-enhanced creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling etc ).
• Prior experience working directly with Australian, US, Canada, UK or international SaaS clients.
