IT Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring all systems run efficiently, and providing prompt support to all departments. A strong understanding of hotel technology systems such as PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, CCTV, and networking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain IT hardware, software, and networking across all departments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to hotel staff.
• Monitor and manage Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and back-office systems.
• Oversee internet, Wi-Fi, and email systems to ensure smooth connectivity.
• Administer CCTV, biometric, and access control systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, IT procurement, and service support.
• Ensure data security, backup procedures, and antivirus protection are in place.
• Conduct regular system audits and maintain documentation.
• Train staff on basic IT procedures and software use.

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, Windows OS, networking, and hardware.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
