Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics in performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Help with diagnosing mechanical issues and troubleshooting problems
- Perform basic tasks such as changing oil, replacing filters, and rotating tires
- Clean and maintain work areas and tools
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work effectively with mechanics and other team members
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects if required
