Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into the company database and spreadsheets.

Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

Organize and maintain files and records to ensure easy access to information.

Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in data and ensure data integrity.

Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by management.

Adhere to company policies and data security protocols.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Proficiency in typing and data entry with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and other data management tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience:

No prior experience is required; however, experience in data entry or administrative roles will be an advantage.
