Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our International BPO process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career with a global organization.

As an International BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, and resolving issues over voice, chat, or email depending on the process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and/or outbound international calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Adhere to quality and process guidelines.
• Meet performance targets like call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
