Job description
- Manage collections from customers and developers, ensuring targets are met.

- Enable accurate documentation and efficient processes.

- Coordinate with sales, partner developer CRM, and internal teams to resolve customer queries.

- Handle customer or developer escalations effectively.

- Support launches and collaborate with the sales team to improve CRM efficiency.

- Engage with defaulter customers/partner developers, including timely reminders and meetings.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Oversee the end-to-end customer registration process and collections.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Passion for real estate sales and CRM services.

- CRM experience in the real estate industry preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Self-starter, team player, with the ability to travel within the city.
