Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our international voice process team. This role involves handling complex customer issues, ensuring service excellence, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:
• Freshers with a good command of English and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• 1-5 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment will be an advantage.
• 2+ years of experience in an international voice-based call center role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Educational Requirements:
• Minimum: 12th grade/Intermediate or equivalent.
