Job Title: Manager ( Fashion Industry)

Location: Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager with a background in the fashion industry to lead and oversee the operations of our fashion school in Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for fashion education and institutional management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fashion school, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students to maintain a productive and professional learning environment
• Manage admissions process, student queries, and ensure high levels of student satisfaction
• Plan and organize events, workshops, and industry guest lectures
• Liaise with fashion industry professionals and brands for collaborations and student exposure
• Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and maintain quality standards
• Prepare reports and contribute to strategic planning and growth of the institution

Requirements:
• Prior experience (minimum 3 years preferred) in a managerial role within the fashion industry or a fashion education institution
• Excellent fluency in English – both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
