Job Title: Creative Apparel Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Creative Apparel Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive tech packs and supporting licensed and non-licensed apparel collections.

Main Responsibilities:
Create detailed specs, trims, artwork placement, colorways, and garment construction details for tech packs.
Design for licensed apparel collections by adhering to brand style guides and managing the approval process.
Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Handle multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.

Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in apparel designing and tech pack creation.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Familiarity with PLM systems and digital file organization is a plus.
Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabric selection, and print techniques.
Licensed product experience is a plus and the ability to follow brand style guides.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
