Job Title: Menswear Design Expert
Main Responsibilities:
• Create original designs for menswear that align with our aesthetic and customer profile through the design development process.
• Trend research is conducted to identify key directions in colour, fabric, silhouette, and detailing for upcoming seasons as part of trend analysis.
• Selecting appropriate materials and trims while working with sourcing and development teams ensures both creativity and commercial viability during fabric sourcing.
• Collaborate with patternmakers and sample rooms to oversee prototype development, ensuring samples reflect original design intent through sample management.
• Attend fittings and provide clear design direction for pattern adjustments and construction improvements on fit and construction.
• Develop seasonal collections of menswear in close association with the design team – both ready-to-wear and couture – under calendar management.
• Communicate technical design information for production/customer samples and work with production teams to ensure quality and consistency through design communication.

About You:
• A bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field is required.
• Professional experience in menswear design ranges from 2-5 years.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of technical and creative design work is essential.
• Detailed knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes is crucial.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
