Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media cum Assistant Teacher. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has a flair for content creation, digital engagement, and classroom support. You will assist in teaching responsibilities while also managing and curating the school's online presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Teaching Support:

Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Support students in small group activities or one-on-one instruction.
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance, homework checking, and classroom setup.
Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels) on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Cover school events, student activities, and academic milestones through photos/videos.
Write creative captions and content aligned with the school’s tone and values.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Collaborate with staff to collect content and plan digital campaigns.
