About Us:
The Moon Group is a high-energy real estate team based in Burnaby, BC, known for creative marketing, viral content, and delivering outstanding client experiences. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a talented Videographer to bring our listings, brand, and story to life on screen.
Role Overview:
As our Videographer, you’ll be the creative behind the camera—capturing content, editing videos, and creating visually compelling stories for our listings, social media, YouTube, and brand campaigns. You’ll work closely with our in-house Social Media Coordinator and real estate agents to plan shoots, develop ideas, and execute high-quality video content that stands out in the real estate market.
This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Burnaby office.
Key Responsibilities:
Film and edit short-form videos, reels, client testimonials, listing videos, property tours, and team content
Collaborate on content strategy with the marketing team and realtors
Capture high-quality video footage both on-site and in-office
Edit for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Add effects, transitions, music, and captions that align with brand style
Organize and manage media files and archives
Stay up-to-date on video trends and best practices across platforms
Qualifications:
1-3 years of videography and editing experience (portfolio required)
Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear
Strong storytelling skills and creative eye for angles, shots, and pacing
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines
Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional weekend or evening shoots
Bonus Points If You Have:
Real estate videography experience
Drone certification
Motion graphics or animation skills
