Facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Industrial Relations & Compliance: Foster harmonious industrial relations through transparent communication and proactive union engagement. Ensure full compliance with labour laws, Factories Act, and other applicable statutory requirements. Lead safety culture initiatives including PPE adherence, behavior-based training, and hazard mitigation. Liaise with government and external authorities to ensure smooth plant operations and handle inspections/audits efficiently.
• Performance & Reward Management: Drive annual performance management cycles, ensuring timely feedback, reviews, and development planning. Implement productivity-linked incentives and wage systems to reinforce high performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
• 12–18 years of progressive HR experience, with 6+ years in a manufacturing/plant HR role
