Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for delivering high-end products to our customers (tiles, plumbing, and installation products). The role also requires representing the company’s brand image, Céragrès’ DNA, and the quality of service we offer. This position involves communication with clients, internal, and external teams.

Transport fragile products such as ceramic tiles, stones and marbles, high-end plumbing fixtures, and installation products, ensuring proper securing and stowing of goods according to specific requirements.
Deliver products to customers’ homes and construction sites.
Review daily and weekly deliveries, and ensure specifications are followed as outlined in the order.
Provide high-end service, brand image, and professionalism that the company upholds across all sites and departments.
Communicate with clients to confirm delivery conditions, schedule, and any potential delays, while maintaining a professional image.
Load products safely into the delivery truck and ensure secure stacking and proper handling.
Unload products at clients’ premises, ensuring safe handling and correct placement in designated areas.
Conduct daily and weekly inspections of the truck, reporting issues to the supervisor.
Maintain the truck’s cleanliness to reflect the company’s brand image and prevent damage to products.
Notify warehouse supervisor about missing or damaged products or delivery errors promptly.
Work closely with the shipping team responsible for preparing orders and handling returns, and assist with order preparation as needed.
Drive safely while adhering to road regulations and ensuring the truck and customer premises are not damaged.
Represent the company through professional driving behavior, mindful of the vehicle and work uniform clearly displaying the company logo.
Handle products and tools safely, following proper safety procedures.
Keep records of deliveries, movements, and names of recipients.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Perform any other related tasks as required.
