This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, change management, and training development. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience with HR systems such as Dayforce, ADP, SAP, and Salesforce. This position requires a collaborative individual who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions within the organization.
Assist in the administration of payroll processes using systems like ADP and Dayforce.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Provide administrative support for HR functions, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources or related field with a focus on employee relations and change management.
Familiarity with HR software systems such as Dayforce, ADP, SAP, or Salesforce is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is advantageous but not required.
