Sr Software Engineer

Job Description:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for various projects.Ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects in alignment with client requirements.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Actively participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code to improve performance and reliability.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance software development practices.Responsibilities:Lead the development process for complex software applications in DotNet Core and Angular'Js.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to improve their technical skills.Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality.Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.Coordinate with the IT support team to resolve any issues in the deployment and operation of software.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or MCA.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development with DotNet Core and Angular.Strong understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.Experience working in an IT company registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is preferred
