Job Description
We are seeking a talented content writer to join our dynamic team. The person will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and compelling content across various channels to promote our events, attract attendees, and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality, creative content for articles, blogs, case studies, white papers, brochures, web page content, emailers, infographics, transcriptions, telescripts, video storyboards, and other digital marketing collateral.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
• Write clear, concise, and captivating copy that effectively communicates key messages, event details, and value propositions to potential attendees.
• Editing and proofreading the content to ensure accuracy, readability, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Should be able to transform and articulate technical content into simple business-oriented language.
• Conduct secondary online research to create high-quality, information-rich, and interesting content.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to develop multimedia content assets, including graphics, videos, infographics, and presentations.
• Should be experienced in handling and interacting directly with clients. Also, be ready to take on non-content-related work during your spare time.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the events and marketing industries.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and proficiency in crafting engaging and persuasive content.
