Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reels Creator / Editor at Edge Grow Digital Marketing, located in Asansol. The Reels Creator / Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging video content for social media reels. Daily tasks will include brainstorming content ideas, scripting, shooting video footage, editing videos, adding effects, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to drive engagement and reach target audiences effectively.

Qualifications
• Video Editing, Reel Creation, and Creative Direction skills
• Experience in Scripting, Storyboarding, and Visual Storytelling
• Proficiency in Video Editing Software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Trends and Platform Requirements
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field preferred
