Software Engineer - Productivity Apps

Our team is looking for a versatile software engineer with experience in Apple platforms to help build solutions to allow our apps to communicate with one another, interoperate with third-party apps, and provide developers the ability to integrate with our apps. Our Apps include Freeform and the iWork Suite; Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, which operate across all Apple platforms and the Web. With your dedication and passion, together we can deliver impactful user experiences.

Description

You will be contributing to our efforts using Swift and Objective-C. Our role requires cooperation across many different engineering teams as well as communicating with various external stakeholders. You will be working in concert with quality assurance, human interface design, and project management teams.

Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of post-academic software engineering experience.
1+ years of experience programming in Swift or Objective-C.
Experience using Xcode IDE.
Experience using Git version source control.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Intrepidly able to navigate large codebases with minimal documentation.
Team and collaboration focussed.
Curious with a willingness to ask questions.
Committed to encouraging an open and inclusive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Programming experience with C++ or C.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $113,400 and $21+,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
