Nodejs + Reactjs Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale software solutions. This role demands expertise in frontend, backend, system architecture, and emerging mobile integration trends.

Experience: 4-6 yrs

Location: Chennai (Perungudi)

Work mode: WFO

Key Responsibilities
• Define architectural roadmaps and lead technology transformation.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Drive innovation across frontend, backend, and mobile stacks.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices and code standards.
• Conduct technical reviews and mentor engineering teams.

Full Stack Development
• Frontend: Expert in React.js, Next.js, component-based architectures, micro-frontends, and performance optimization.
• Backend: Proficient in Node.js building scalable APIs, event-driven architectures, and security frameworks.
• Database & Infrastructure: Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases, caching, data sharding, and multi-region deployments.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and observability tools.

Qualifications
• 4-6 years in full-stack development and system architecture.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern backend architectures.
• Should have developed applications/projects from scratch.
• Experience in AWS Cloud, DevOps, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to mentor teams, set engineering standards, and drive innovation.
• Deep understanding of security best practices in software development.
