Right now, we’re looking for a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor in Alberta to join our forward-thinking team. You’ll be working directly with clients who are actively preparing to purchase homes—providing the insurance guidance they need to protect their families and future wealth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Help clients map out smart insurance solutions based on their income, goals, and financial responsibilities
Offer advice on life insurance options including term, whole life, and universal policies
Provide broader financial education around retirement planning, investments, and risk protection
Build meaningful relationships through consistent communication, honesty, and reliability
Guide clients through the application process with care and accuracy
Hit your targets while remaining fully compliant and client-centered
Keep up to date with industry trends, product changes, and best practices
Look for additional ways to support clients through complementary financial services
What You Bring to the Table

A valid LLQP license and authorization to operate in Alberta
At least 3 years of experience in life insurance or financial advisory services
A proven ability to connect with clients and deliver tailored solutions
Clear, confident communication skills with a client-first approach
Comfort working with CRMs and other digital tools to manage your pipeline
A strategic mindset and a natural ability to identify opportunities for added value
