Job Description

Job Title: Creative & Administrative Assistant to Therapist and Family Constellations Facilitator
Location: Local to Regina, SK or remote within Canada
Start Date: June 2026
Hours: Freelance (approximately 3 hours a week)

About the Role:
I’m a registered psychologist and family constellations facilitator offering trauma-informed, integrative, and soul-centered healing work. My practice blends psychotherapy, somatic and depth-based therapies, parts work, and ancestral healing. I work both one-on-one and in groups, offering workshops, retreats, and collaborative events.

I’m looking for a creative, emotionally grounded, and highly organized assistant to support both the administrative and creative sides of my private therapy practice and my family constellations work. This role can be local or remote and is ideal for someone who resonates with healing work and brings heart, initiative, and attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

Social Media Support: Light content creation, scheduling, and engagement (Instagram preferred) for both psychotherapy and family constellations
Event & Offering Coordination: Assist with organizing online and in-person events, including workshops, retreats, and collaborative gatherings
Creative Projects: Help with writing, editing, and formatting resources, client handouts, and educational content
Website Management: Keep the website up to date and aligned with the practice’s tone and offerings (Wix)
Research: Support with sourcing venues, collaborators, suppliers, and tools to grow both practice areas
(Optional) Local Support: For Regina-based applicants, potentially in-person event support
Requirements:

Fluent in English, with strong communication and writing skills
Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
Emotionally attuned and grounded when working with trauma-informed content
Comfortable with or willing to learn tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Instagram, andWix
Able to uphold privacy and confidentiality with utmost care
Creative, open-minded, and aligned with heart-centered, healing-oriented work
Bonus: background or interest in psychology, the arts, family constellations, ancestral healing or wellness fields
Compensation: $15–$25/hour depending on experience
Contract Type: Independent contractor
Schedule: Flexible freelance- around 3 hours a week.
