Advice and service that’s uncommonly personalized. Responsibilities As a Service Manager, you will establish, maintain, and build relationships while delivering exceptional client service. In this role you will have extensive client contact and will be involved in all activities that touch prospective or existing clients. Own the client onboarding and account maintenance for new and existing clients by interacting with clients to collect account-specific information, obtain account documents and financials while complying with regulatory and firm policies and procedures. Interface directly with clients, Banks, AMCs and Product Manufacturers (AIFs, PMS houses etc). Provide support across a diverse suite of products and applications. Perform daily administrative and operational duties that support the Private Bankers and clients, including direct communication with clients regarding money transfers, account maintenance, tax reports, portfolio review preparation and ad hoc requests, and attending client meetings Qualifications, Skills Bachelors or Masters in Marketing / Finance from a reputed University Successful experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking of 3 to 5 years Strong operation skills with understanding of Bank, MF operations. In-depth knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Reporting systems and transaction platforms. You are highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment You love bringing order to complex processes and problem statements Locations Bangalore. Work from Office for 5 days a week & Work from Home for half a day on Saturdays.
