Teacher Trainer Nursery

We are looking to hire a Teacher Trainer - Nursery. This opportunity is for a top preschool brand with multiple preschools running across PAN India.

This role requires travel across Gujarat for 12-14 days

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job description:
• Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners
• Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training
• Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on implementation of key initiatives and compliance
• Training preschool Centres for India and International Markets
• Assisting in hiring franchise staff.
• To ensure academic excellence
• Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.
• Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions
• Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and provide feedback for class observation.
• Collaborating in the planning, designing and implementation of teaching modules
• Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum
• Co-ordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions

Experience and Qualification : Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
