JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENT:

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Fashion & product styling.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preparing decks & mood boards prior shoots & get it approved by in-house team & client.
Sourcing of the material required in shoots.
Project management which includes booking model from agencies, booking makeup & hair-stylist, surf & booking of location according to client’s requirement, arranging props & prepare shoot setup.
Socializing in public events and social media pages of brands to make contacts & get help to source.
Choosing & Co-ordinating outfits for models in photo shoots.
Choosing Props & accessories & preparing them for shoots.
To stay up-to-date with the latest styles in trend.
Knowledge of fashion trends, colour schemes & designer labels.
Understanding of different body face & body shapes.
Knowledge of different body types & how to dress them in most flattering ways.
Business skills such as marketing, networking & advertising.
Effective communication skills to work with client’s.
Demonstrate effective time management and planning abilities.
Good Negotiating Skills, Creative & innovative.
Eye for detail & well organized.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and motivated Fashion Stylist and Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Fashion Stylist and Marketing Intern, you'll assist in creating visually appealing content for our fashion brand while developing marketing strategies to engage our target audience. You'll also interact with customers, handle sales, and provide excellent customer service. This internship offers hands-on experience in fashion styling, marketing, and sales, providing an excellent opportunity to build your portfolio and skills.

Responsibilities:

Fashion Styling:

1. Assist in styling fashion shoots, editorials, and campaigns.

2. Source and select clothing, accessories, and props for shoots.

3. Collaborate with photographers, models, and designers to create cohesive visual content.

4. Develop and maintain a keen eye for current fashion trends.

Marketing:-

1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

2. Create engaging content for social media platforms.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials.

4. Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance.

Customer Handling and Sales:-

1. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

2. Assist customers in finding products and making purchases.

3. Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.

4. Foster strong relationships with customers to drive sales and loyalty.

Requirements:-

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program (Fashion, Marketing, or related field).

2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling principles.

3. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms.

4. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interact with customers.

-Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in fashion styling, marketing, or sales.

2. Portfolio showcasing styling or marketing work.

3. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
