Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the vape industry, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting vape products and cigars based on their preferences and needs.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on various vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories.
Utilize strong sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications:

Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
Knowledge of popular vape products, e-liquids, and cigars is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an asset.
