Job Description
NOTE: We are looking for
Retired Army Professionals
only who have a strong understanding of
accounts and finance.
You will be working as an accountant for the central office of the eastern region
The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include:
Preparing financial statements and reports
Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers
Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting
Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for improvement
Preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
Assisting with audits and financial reviews
Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills are required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
