Job Title: Delivery Lead (Evening Shift - Agile/Scrum)

Work Hours: Evening Shift (Aligning with PST/CST Time Zone)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Lead to manage Agile/Scrum teams working on IT-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, team coordination, and Agile methodologies. This role requires working in evening shifts and will focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely delivery, and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage delivery for Agile/Scrum teams during evening shifts.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor team progress and actively track updates using tools like JIRA.
• Identify bottlenecks or roadblocks in the delivery process and proactively resolve them.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Ability to handle multiple Client Accounts and Multiple Teams
• Foster a collaborative team environment by resolving conflicts and promoting open communication.
• Maintain visibility into team performance and report progress to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve processes and delivery practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery or leadership roles in IT-related projects.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing remote or distributed teams.
• Proficiency in JIRA and other project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in evening shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working with offshore or cross-time-zone teams.
