Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, innovative, and experienced Designer specializing in shoes and bags to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of current fashion trends. This role involves designing shoes and bags that align with our brand identity and meet market demands while keeping creativity and functionality at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:
Design a wide range of shoes and bags for both men and women, ensuring each collection aligns with the brands aesthetic.
Research and stay updated with current and upcoming fashion trends, materials, colors, and production techniques.
Develop sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models to communicate design concepts.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for production and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer preferences and market demands.
Source new materials and components to enhance product designs.
Manage the design process from concept to final product, including overseeing prototypes and samples.
Participate in photoshoots, presentations, and other activities to promote designs.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Designer for shoes and/or bags (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work in footwear and accessories.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design tools).
Knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or related field is preferred.
