We are Hiring Female Candidates for the Role of Customer Care Executive!

(Opposite Bangalore University, Kenchenhalli, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage multiple customer service portals and update call flow accordingly.
Handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Provide exceptional support to customers and ensure high-quality service.
Effectively communicate and assist customers to resolve their concerns.
Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care, telecalling, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduation with at least 1 year of experience in customer support, telecommunications, or similar roles.
Previous experience in telecommunication or customer service industries is a plus.
