We are seeking an experienced PHP Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic startup IT team.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of web application development projects — from frontend and backend development to API integration and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, Develop, and Deploy Web Applications
From scratch using PHP and related technologies, creating scalable and secure web solutions.
Architect and Implement RESTful APIs
Integrate 3rd-party services, including custom APIs and payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe).
Build Responsive UI/UX Interfaces
Using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, or TailwindCSS, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Write Robust Backend Logic
Using PHP (OOP) with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony, handling complex business logic.
Work on MySQL/MariaDB
Design schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance for efficient data retrieval.
Implement Deployment
On shared/VPS/cloud hosting, including domain mapping and SSL setup for secure connections.
Manage Source Code
Through Git and follow best practices for version control and collaboration.
Handle Project Lifecycle
From development to go-live, ensuring timely project delivery.
Communicate with Stakeholders
To align technical solutions with business needs and ensure smooth project execution.
Document Code and Processes
Effectively for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Technical Skills
Frontend Development Skills
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, and optional React.js or Vue.js.
Backend Development Skills
PHP (Core & OOP), Laravel (preferred), CodeIgniter, Symfony, MVC Architecture, and RESTful API development.
Database Skills
MySQL or MariaDB, database schema design, query optimization & normalization.
API & Payment Integration
Custom API development, payment gateway integration: Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe.
DevOps & Deployment
Shared/VPS/Cloud hosting, domain mapping, SSL, Linux server basics, Git (GitHub, GitLab), CI/CD (optional).
General Competencies
UI/UX Understanding
A deep understanding of user experience principles to create intuitive interfaces.
Agile/Scrum Familiarity
Familiarity with Agile methodologies for iterative project planning and execution.
