Job Description

NOTE : only Female Candidate

We are looking for a Backoffice Operation Executive with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate should be smart, self-initiated, and able to manage back-end operations effectively while ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound client calls professionally and promptly
Entertain and complete customer orders efficiently
Perform accurate data entry and manage operational records
Maintain documentation and ensure proper filing systems
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Take initiative in solving client or process-related issues
Provide regular reports and updates on order and data status
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
