Location: Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow
Timing: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹16,000/month (based on experience & communication skills)
Probation Period: 3 Months

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our services, and set up meetings or demos. If you have good communication skills, basic tech understanding, and a passion for interacting with people, this is your chance!

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Explain company services clearly and professionally
Generate leads and schedule meetings for sales team
Maintain client database and call records
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication
Requirements

6 months to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience preferred
Good verbal communication in Hindi & basic English
Basic understanding of IT services like websites, apps, etc.
Confidence and a positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
